Hudson Coffee Co. is the coffee arm of Hudson Cafe in beautiful Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey.

It all began when we first decided to open Hudson Cafe in 2011; we knew that one of the key major ingredients to becoming a successful cafe/coffee shop was that we had to serve GOOD coffee. 

After four years of using fresh roasted local coffee roasters, and with the passion for coffee that grew in us over that time, we decided to start sourcing our own green beans and roasting our own. 

Since then we have created a brand; Hudson Coffee Co. We sell retail coffee by the bag, retail bottled cold brew, and distribute wholesale.

We love coffee and we believe in taking that extra step to ensure a quality product that we hope you can taste in every cup.
