Hudson Coffee Co. is the coffee division of Hudson Cafe. Our story began as a family who opened Hudson Cafe in 2011; we knew that one of the key ingredients to becoming a successful cafe and coffee shop was that we had to serve great coffee.
After a few years of using local coffee roasters, and with the passion for coffee that grew over that time, we decided to start sourcing our own green beans and roasting our own coffee.
Now here we are, still loving what we do. We believe in taking that extra step to ensure a fresh quality product that we hope you can taste in every cup.
Our roastery location in Keansburg, NJ is open for retail. There, we serve hot coffees, cold brews, and a full line up of our daily house made baked goods.
